Portfolio Manager and a founding partner of VII Capital Management (formerly called Victori Capital). His professional investing career spans nearly two decades and includes senior roles at the Dreyfus Corporation, Dalton Greiner Hartman Maher, Louis Dreyfus Highbridge, and Cramer Rosenthal McGlynn. Adriano Almeida received a B.S. and M.S. in Aerospace Engineering from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, and an MBA from Columbia University.
Christian Bojlesen
Bojlesen Capital (Sao Paulo)

Analyst and portfolio manager of the Bojlesen FIA — whose strategy, since 2008 (initially as the Clube de Investimentos Bojlesen), focuses on fundamental analysis, value investing and small caps — which he founded in 2008. Christian Bojlesen graduated in Business Administration with emphasis in Finance from Colorado State University and holds the CGA (ANBIMA) and CNPI (Apimec) certifications.
Raphael Maia

Founding partner and Director of Investments with Organon Capital. Formerly, Raphael Maia became an Associate Partner with BTG Pactual Asset Management, where he worked from 2011 to 2020. He started his career as equity analyst at Fator Administração de Recursos and, following that, worked as private and public equities analyst at Tarpon Investimentos. He graduated in Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV-EAESP) and is licensed as portfolio manager by CVM (ICVM 558).
Vitor Senra
Brio Investimentos (Sao Paulo)

Founding partner and Member of the Investment Committee at Brio Investimentos. In 2010, along with Rodolfo Senra, Vitor Senra brought to Brazil Starwood Capital Group (an American investment manager with approximately $20 billion in real-estate assets in AUM) through the joint venture Starwood Capital do Brasil, which among other investments was responsible for allocating $150 million at MRV Log Commercial Properties (present day’s Log Commercial Properties). He has been a portfolio manager with GTIS Partners, an American real-estate private equity investment manager, and has worked as a real-estate banker at Banco Santander. Vitor Senra graduated in Civil Engineering from Universidade Mackenzie and holds an MBA from Columbia Business School.
