André Gordon
GTI Administração de Recursos (Sao Paulo)
Lecture: “The 2026 Elections’ Impact in the Stock Market”
Founding partner with GTI Administração de Recursos, an independent investment management company focusing on Brazil’s stock market. During his more than 33 years of experience in financial markets, André Gordon has worked at the trading desks of several renowned financial institutions, including Banco Itaú BBA, Banco Pátria, Santander and Banco Bozano, Simonsen. He is a Director of AMEC (Associação de Investidores no Mercado de Capitais) and holds a master’s degree in Economics from EPGE/FGV-RJ and an Economics degree from FEA/USP.
Bruno Rignel
AlphaKey Capital Management (Sao Paulo)
Lecture: “Short Selling & Short Book”
Bruno Rignel is AlphaKey’s portfolio manager since its founding in 2018. Previously, he was a partner and investment management team member with VELT Partners (former M Square Brasil) and an equities trader with the brokerage of Credit Suisse. He graduated in Naval Engineering from Poli-USP and holds the CGA (ANBIMA) certification.
Christian Bojlesen
Bojlesen Capital (Sao Paulo)

Analyst and portfolio manager of the Bojlesen FIA — whose strategy, since 2008 (initially as the Clube de Investimentos Bojlesen), focuses on fundamental analysis, value investing and small caps — which he founded in 2008. Christian Bojlesen graduated in Business Administration with emphasis in Finance from Colorado State University and holds ANBIMA’s CGA and Apimec’s CNPI certifications.
Daniel Leichsenring

Lecture: “Brazil: Economy and Politics”
Partner and CIO of WHG. Daniel Leichsenring started his career in 2003 at the Brazilian Central Bank assisting the Bank’s directorship. In 2004, he entered Hedging-Griffo as Economist and, in 2007, he became Chief Economist of CSHG Asset Management. In 2014, he became Chief Economist of Verde Asset Management, consolidating his trajectory as a core market professional in macroeconomics and investing.
Felipe Hirai
Dahlia Capital (Sao Paulo)

Partner with Dahlia Capital since 2018. With more than 20 years of experience in equity analysis (having focused in several market sectors) and global strategy, he also worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch between 2005 and 2017 and at Hedging Griffo between 1999 and 2005. Felipe Hirai graduated in Business Administration from FGV and holds the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) and the Gestor CVM certifications.
Henrique Teixeira Alvares

Lecture: “Quality Equities in an Emerging Market”
Founding partner with NEO Investimentos, Henrique Alvares has more than 30 years of professional experience in Brazilian capital markets. Before NEO, he worked at Citibank, LAFIS, Banco Patrimônio, Chase Manhattan, and JP Morgan, and has been a member of the Board of Directors of public and private companies and of ANBIMA’s Board of Regulation and Best Practices for Investment Funds. He graduated in Economics from the Faculdade de Economia e Administração at Universidade de São Paulo, USP.
Ivan Barboza
Artica Asset Management (Sao Paulo)

Founding partner and manager of the equities portfolios at Artica Asset Management. Portfolio manager of the Artica Long Term FIA since its inception, in 2013, which resulted from the willingness of Artica’s partners to invest proprietary capital. Previously, he had 12 years of experience in Investment Banking at Artica, participating in relevant transactions in the Technology, Financial Services, Consumer Goods, Retail and Energy sectors. Ivan Barboza graduated in Physics Engineering from Universidade Federal de São Carlos (UFSCar) and holds the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), Gestor CVM, and ANBIMA’s CGA certifications.
Michael Howell

Virtual Lecture in English: “Global Liquidity Update”
Michael Howell is CEO of CrossBorder Capital, a London-based FCA registered, independent research and investment company that he founded in 1996. The firm provides asset allocation and capital markets advice to institutional investors, and manages US$ 1 billion of assets. Michael is involved with educational charities and currently advises a major educational foundation on its investment strategy. He has also advised the World Bank on capital flows, co-authoring their publication Opportunities in Emerging Markets (World Bank, 1995), served as board director of a listed Japanese investment trust and recently authored the book Capital Wars (Macmillan, 2020). Previously he was Head of Research for Baring Securities and board member, where he focussed on Emerging Markets, and Research Director of Salomon Brothers. Before entering finance, Michael worked as Group Economist for Blue Circle Industries. He holds a Phd. in Financial Economics from London University, specialising in Fixed Income, and is a SEC-qualified US Supervisory Analyst.
Pedro Fernandes

Partner and equity analyst at Módulo Capital, a Rio de Janeiro investment manager, responsible for the utilities sector in Brazil and the serial acquirers sector globally. Previously, he worked with Private Equity at H.I.G. Capital and with Investment Banking at Essentia Partners. Pedro Fernandes graduated in Economics from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV-RJ) and holds the CFA — Chartered Financial Analyst — certification.
Raphael Maia
Organon Capital (Sao Paulo)

Founding partner and Director of Investments with Organon Capital. Formerly, Raphael Maia became an Associate Partner with BTG Pactual Asset Management, where he worked from 2011 to 2020. He started his career as equity analyst at Fator Administração de Recursos and, following that, worked as private and public equities analyst at Tarpon Investimentos. He graduated in Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV-EAESP) and is licensed as portfolio manager by CVM (ICVM 558).
Ruy Alves
Kinea (Rio de Janeiro)
Opening Lecture: “The AI Revolution from the Brazilian Investor’s Perspective”
Partner and co-portfolio manager of the multimercados funds at Kinea Investimentos since February of 2020, responsible for its equities and commodities strategies. Ruy Alves has more than two decades of experience in financial markets and has previously worked as a global equities portfolio manager at ADAM Capital, JGP and, in London, at Aviva Investors. He graduated in Business Administration from UERJ, holds a master’s degree in Finance from London Business School, an MBA in Finance from IBMEC and has taught Finance at IBMEC-RJ.
